As many of us start to return to the offices we thought it'd be fitting to share some ideas to help you make the transition back a positive one.

1. Try and keep some balance - Are flexible working arrangements available at your workplace? A balanced return might help ease any nerves you may be feeling about heading back to the office full time.

2. Make time for your health & wellbeing - How will keep up regular exercise and social activities? Perhaps you may plan to go to the gym before work, take a walk on your lunch break or meet a friend after work. Don't forget to schedule in some fun!

3. Get back into routine - Working from home means you may have become accustomed to a more flexible schedule and perhaps waking up later. Prepare for your return by creating a more regimented sleep schedule at least a week before your start date.

4. Reach out for Support if you need it - If you're experiencing anxiety around returning to the office, you may want to talk to a coach or mental health professional. It's been a difficult year so don't be afraid to reach out if feelings are intense.

5. Be a source of joy - humans are programmed to be social beings, getting back together and collaborating, having a laugh and sharing experiences while in the workplace is good for the soul. You'll likely find any anxieties you have will be eased once you get back to it, so let's all get excited!!!
