A note from Intelligen’s Founder & CEO

At Intelligen, we're deeply committed to championing Women in Data. As a female CEO and business owner, with over 15 years functionally working in data and analytics, I've navigated the challenges of a male-dominated industry firsthand, fueling my passion for diversity and inclusion. I firmly believe that diverse teams are key to driving innovation and success, and know this sentiment is shared throughout Intelligen. As a company we are actively dismantling barriers and creating opportunities for women to thrive. Through education, mentorship, and strategic partnerships with like-minded organisations, we want to empower every generation, from girls in school to women at every stage of their career.  Our podcast series featuring remarkable women leaders, collaborations with mentorship organisations, support for initiatives in grassroots STEM for schools, and even our partnership with The Hunger Project; which focuses on empowering Women in third world countries, show our dedication to shining a light on a cause that is close to our hearts.

We are on a journey of empowerment and inclusion to help shape a brighter future for all in the data industry.
